The picture below is a customized LH5050 type welding manipulator from an old customer on February. 

5m vertical stroke,5m horizontal stroke and 3.5kw power, and matched with Lincoln NA-5 control box and flux recovery system. 

The flux recovery system can heating the flux, transport and recycled, it's very practical to use.

After debugging, prepare to spray paint and arrange delivery and transportation.

The automatic welding center is composed of welding manipulator, welding power source ( including MIG/MAG, TIG, PLASMA WELDING, SAW ), welding rotator ( welding turning roll ), or welding positioner and welding metal containers and metal structural parts. 

This set of equipment can be controlled individually and linked. We can also choose welding seam tracker, arc length tracker, oscillating device, monitor, flux conveying and recycling devices according to customer's needs.
